Reservation

Guests are contacted soon after reservations are made in order to discuss:

  • Arrival time
  • Transportation booking (Additional charge)
  • Additional requirements
  • Pre-bookings and arrangements of activities
  • Any other queries

AGE RESTRICTION:

  • Guests must be at least 22 years old to stay in our apartments.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT :

  • Early check-in depends on availability and additional fees.
  • Check-out time is 11 am. Late check-out may be possible, subject to availability and additional fees.
  • A valid photo ID and a £200.00 security deposit via card pre-authorization are required at check-in.

The Check-in starts from 4PM at Crowne Plaza London Kingston Hotel, (Portsmouth Rd, Long Ditton, Surbiton KT6 5QQ) a 5-minute walk from Hampton Suites Apartments

Group Bookings

For group bookings of 5 apartments or more, a separate cancellation policy applies; please contact the apartments directly for further details.

Additional guests exceeding the maximum occupancy will be subject to a penalty charge.

 

Damage Responsibility:

  • Guests are responsible for maintaining the apartment and its contents.
  • Any damage caused by negligence or deliberate acts will be charged to the guest’s card used for the security deposit.

Apartment Keys:

  • Guests must return the keys provided at check-in. A £30.00 charge applies for lost keys.

Payment and Cancellation Policies:

  • Credit card settlement is required at check-in for accommodation costs and a security deposit.
  • Cancellation policy varies based on the length of stay, with fees applicable for late cancellations or no-shows.
  • During peak seasons, a non-refundable deposit may be required for certain dates.
  • Date changes for reservations are subject to availability and additional costs may apply.
  • In special cases or overbooking, we reserve the right to relocate bookings to similar accommodations.
  • In rare cases of cancellation by the management, a full refund will be issued to the guest.

Smoking Policy:

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments or on the premises.
  • Violating this policy incurs a fine of £200.00, with additional charges if the apartment requires closure for cleaning due to smoke odour.

Lost Property:

  • Unclaimed property left behind will be kept on-site for two weeks before disposal.

Parking:

  • Limited parking is available on-site, subject to availability.
  • Public parking nearby costs GBP 4.00 per day with specific charging hours.
  • Alternatively parking at Crowne Plaza Hotel Kingston (5 mins walk from Hampton Suites).£10 charges per day apply

Guest Policies:

  • Extra guests not booked are not allowed to stay.
  • Parties, loud music, or disturbances are not permitted.
  • Pets are not allowed on the premises.

Internet Access:

  • Free Wi-Fi is provided in all apartments.

Payment

Payment will be taken on day of arrival or as agreed.

Security Deposit

The Guest is responsible for taking all reasonable care of the apartment and its content. The Guest agrees to keep the accommodation and any of its content in the same state of repair and conditions as at the commencement of the stay. In case of damage caused by either negligence or deliberate act of vandalism by the Guest and or any accomplice guests, the card details provided for Pre-authorization / Security deposit will be used for rectifying the damage, cost of labour and loss of business to the management.

Cancellations

Reservations with length of stay up to 7 days can be cancelled up to 3 days before the day of arrival, no fee will be charged otherwise full charges apply.

7 days’ notice of cancellation is required prior to check-in for stay longer than 7 days in order to avoid charges.
Notice given within 7 days will result in a charge equal to 7 nights minus the number of days’ notice given. For example, if check-in is on 8th August and notice to cancel is given on 3rd August, then 5 days’ notice has been given and a charge of 2 nights will therefore apply (7 days – 5 days’ notice given = 2 night charge).

This policy also applies to in-house guests should a stay need to be shortened.

Extra Guest

Additional £50/person/night will apply subject to maximum occupancy allowed in the apartment.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.
